Dr. John McCormick
Dr. McCormick graduated with honors from Tuskegee University in 1983. After vet school, he worked as an associate veterinarian for 6 years before opening McCormick Animal Clinic in 1989. Since then, the clinic has grown to 2 more veterinarians, 3 receptionists, 4 technicians and 2 kennel personnel. Dr. McCormick loves the challenge of veterinary medicine and seeing his patients happy and well.
Dr. Hilary McCormick
Dr. Hilary also graduated from Tuskegee University with honors in 2015. She is a second generation veterinarian as her father is Dr. John McCormick. Her passion is helping clients with their pets and she will be eager to use her newly acquired knowledge to ensure your pet receives the best care.
Bridget is one of the first smiling faces you will see when you come into the clinic. She has been with McCormick Animal Clinic for 14 years. As a teenager she brought her pets to Dr. McCormick and decided she would like to work with us.
Desirea comes to us from sunny Southern California. She has been with McCormick Animal Clinic since 2017 and is eager to assist you when you come in. She worked in human medicine for 13 years and decided she'd like to try working with animals. Desirea loves to travel and does so whenever she has the chance.
Sierra, our resident cat lady, has been working in the veterinary field since 2008. She has since received her degree in veterinary technology and is a licensed veterinary technician. Her family consists of 2 dogs, 7 cats, reptiles, and fish. She will treat your furry family member as her own.
Diane has been a Licensed Vet Tech since 1985 and even though she loves caring for animals she is also our Office Manager. She stills enjoys making sure your pets are well taken care of but she also wants to ensure you as a client are given the best possible service.
Jess' enthusiasm and positivity is contagious. She has worked in veterinary medicine intermittently since she was 16. Jess adores her 2 English Bulldogs, 2 cats, and her frogs.
Cassandra has been with our clinic since 2014. She was our kennel tech for two years and was promoted to become a vet tech. She is a Pomeranian lover-just ask her pom, Kaiser. She also loves her 2 cats. She loves to travel and her heart for missions has allowed her to travel all over the world.
Christina came to us from Alabama in 2018. She has 3 years veterinary experience. Christina has received her associates degree in Applied Science for Veterinary Technology. She is passionate about caring for animals and has two furbabies of her own.
Brittney has been with us since 2018. She has always lived in the middle Tennessee area and has been involved with veterinary medicine since 2016. Brittney aspires to become a veterinary technician. She lovingly describes her home as a zoo as she has 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 snakes, 2 bearded dragons, a turtle, and a couple of fish tanks. She loves taking care of your pets who come in for grooming and boarding.
